Lucky 13 Was a Hit!

Our Galano Lucky 13 Anniversary Party on June 29 was an unforgettable blast!

Over 100 folks showed up hungry and left happy after feasting on smoked brisket, pulled pork, chicken, veggie burgers, and a mountain of sides.

The jar held exactly 213 chips! Guesses flew in—from AI-assisted calculations to pure chaotic vibes. Two near-perfect guesses from Hayden U. (212) and Johnny A. (210) scored them food and beverage gift cards.

Poster Contest Highlights!

• Neurodiversity in Recovery took the crown in the Hype Your Homies poster contest and $125 off their Galano rent!

• Turning Point crushed it in 12-Step Trivia and also pocketed $125 in rent credit.

We closed out the party with a powerful speaker panel hosted by Ron B., featuring Bill K., David G., Calvin N., and Tammy W. They shared heartfelt stories of recovery and how Galano has become a true home and community. It was the perfect finale to a day full of connection, laughter, and love.
